How soon can my business be listed?
The onboarding process is designed to be quick and efficient, typically taking less than five minutes to complete. Once you have finished this straightforward procedure, your business will be successfully listed on the site.
When will I receive my first gig?
The timing of receiving your first quote request can vary depending on the time of the year. However, under normal circumstances, you can generally expect to receive your initial quote request within the first one to two weeks after your business has been listed.
How often do I get paid?
After you complete an event, your account will be credited the following business day. Typically, this credited amount is then transferred to your Stripe account on the same day. However, it's important to note that Stripe may occasionally take a couple of days to process the payment. To ensure there are no misunderstandings or delays, it is advisable to allocate a timeframe of 3 to 5 business days after the event for the payment to be fully processed and available in your account.
